To prepare Atta Laddu the ingredients needed are:
- Ghee - 80g
- Atta or wheat flour - 150g
- Sugar powder - 100g
- Almonds - 10g
- Kaaju - 10g
- Elaichi - 5
Once the Almond, Kaaju and Elaichi powder is grinded keep it a side.
- Take the utensil on the stove and add 60g of ghee into the utensil and add the Atta to it.
- Now stir the Atta constantly for about 5 mins and you can observe the change in the color
- Now add Almond, kaaju and Elaichi mixture into the Roasted Atta .
- Off the stove and mix all the ingredients well and also add 20 grams of ghee to the mixture and mix thoroughly.
- Now apply ghee onto your hands and take the mixture into your hands when it is little hot and make round shaped out of them
- Then garnish Laddu with almond and kaaju
- The Delicious Atta Laddu is ready.
